WHO CAN JOIN NIAGARA FRONTIER FITNESS?
ANYONE. We have many different programs to suit all fitness levels. Our group classes are able to be tailored to the individual's abilities.
I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
We do allow drop-ins. Prior experience is preffered but not required and a waiver is required to be filled out prior to dropping in.
Drop in rate is $20
1 week pass - $50
WILL I GET BULKY?
Only if that's what your goal is. Whether you want weight-loss or or to be bigger and stronger, with our programs and nutritional coaching, we will get you there
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN A GROUP CLASS?
All classes start with 7-10 minute trainer-led warm up. Following the warm up, depending on the day, you may work on a skill (learn and improve upon new movements) or strength work. These are usually followed up with a high intensity workout which can last anywhere from 5-30 minutes. Once the workout is complete you will cool down and stretch.

T-shirt and shorts (or workout pants), and athletic sneakers
